Directions to Shepherdstown Street Fest
***Residential Parking spaces in Shepherdstown will be strictly enforced, and you risk getting ticketed and/or towed if you park there.***
Event parking is available at the Shepherd University Wellness Center, lots G & H, located across from Sheetz on Route 45W. Limited parking is also available at the Shepherd University White Hall parking lot A, located on the corner of High and Princess Streets. Lot A is within easy walking distance to the festival.
Pan Tran will provide free handicapped accessible shuttle service from both parking lots to the event, from 9:30am to 9:30pm. Please use this shuttle service as parking in town is extremely limited.
Lots G & H are 1/2 mile from the event, so if you're staying late for music, be aware that the shuttle service ends promptly at 9:30pm.
Directions to the parking lots:
From Route 45W to Shepherdstown – slow at Sheetz, look for Event Parking Signs on the left to Wellness Center Lots G & H.
From Route 480S from Kearneysville and Route 9, turn left at 4-way stop on Route 45W, look for Event Parking Signs across from Sheetz on the right to Wellness Center Lots G & H.
From Route 230SE from Charles Town, turn right on Princess Street, straight through 4-way stop, then left on High St and look for Event Parking Signs to White Hall Lot A.
From Route 480N from Sharpsburg, turn right at the 4-way stop on Route 45W, look for Event Parking Signs across from Sheetz on the right to Wellness Center Lots G & H.

We are excited to announce the first official Street Fest raffle!!!
To participate, please look for the Official Participating Retailer poster in the store front during Street Fest, on June 25th.
Raffle Rules:
- Shop at 2 participating retailers June 25th
- A minimum purchase of $5 in each store
- Have your Raffle Ticket stamped
- Write your name/address/phone number/email on ticket
- Bring ticket to Street Fest tent located across from the beer truck next to the main stage
- You do not need to be present to win
Raffle Prizes Include: Shepherdstown Landmark Print Reproductions and Gift Certificates to one of Shepherdstown's many restaurants.
Raffle Tickets are available in the retail stores after purchase.
Non-Profit Organizations
Non-Profit Organizations can share a free 10x10 vendor space the day of the event! Please send an email to info@ShepherdstownStreetFest.org for more information.
Kid's Camp will be open from Noon to 5:00pm on McMurran Hall lawn. FREE activities will include crafts, face painting and the Shepherdstown scavenger hunt. Kids in Action will be offering healthy eating and living activities, and Michael T. the magician will be presenting a magic show at 1:00pm. The Shepherdstown Men's Club, conveniently located across the street from Kid's Camp, will also be offering free kids' activities throughout the day, including a puppet show by the Wonderment Puppet Theater at 4:00pm. Special thanks to Sarah Poland and Bernadine Wright for organizing these activities and Kids in Action, Michael T., Sissy Poland and the Morgan Academy for their sponsorships!!!
