Shepherdstown Street Fest

Beginning in 2005, Shepherdstown Street Fest is a one-day, outdoor, open air festival with arts, crafts, live music, kids' activities, food and fun for the whole family. Vendors will be placed on German Street in the heart of historic downtown Shepherdstown - the Oldest Town in West Virginia! 2012 is an exciting year for Shepherdstown as we will be celebrating our 250th birthday!

General Information

Each applicant must complete his/her own application. Please carefully read the Official Rules and Regulations or Official Rules and Regulations for Food Vendors, as appropriate. Space is limited and SSF has discretion to accept and then place any vendor at any time before June 10, 2012. All applications are subject to jurying. SSF strives to accept artisans so buy/sell goods and advertising booths may not be accepted. Fees are as follows:

$15 nonrefundable application fee per applicant
$100 for a single space (10'x 10') ($125 for food vendor)
$200 for a double space (10'x 20') ($250 for food vendor)
$300 for a triple space (10'x 30') ($350 for food vendor)

Booths are not provided. Application & Booth fees are due at the time of application to lock in your space request. The checks/credit cards of applicants who are accepted are deposited into an account upon acceptance. SSF notifies you by email of acceptance or rejection of your application.

As a safety precaution, no one is permitted to break down the booth prior to 9:00p.m. as the streets are still closed. Vehicles are not allowed prior to 9:30p.m.

Acceptance of vendor applications and booth contents is based solely on the discretion of the Vendor Committee of Shepherdstown, WV Street Fest. Upon acceptance of the application, the vendor enters into a contract with the Shepherdstown, WV Street Fest. An information package will be emailed to the vendor upon acceptance. Vendors must be set-up and available by 10:00 a.m. on June 30, 2012. Artists exhibit all work at their own risk, and should carry appropriate insurance. Shepherdstown, WV Street Fest is not responsible for damage, theft, or loss of an individual's work. Important Dates:

June 10: Application deadline
June 15: Exhibitor packages mailed
June 30: Arrival and setup, 6:30a.m. to 8:00a.m.
June 30: Festival, 10:00a.m. to 9:00p.m.
June 30: Breakdown, 9:00p.m. to 9:50p.m. Streets must be clear by 10:00p.m.

Online Application
Complete and submit the online Vendor Application form. Please note that there is a separate form for food vendors here. To apply online you must have pictures of your artwork/booth available electronically (jpeg files) and you must submit payment for your application and booth fees via PayPal.
Postal Mail Application
Download the Vendor Application Form to your computer. Please note that there is a separate form for food vendors here. Print the downloaded form, complete it with your information and then send the form, along with the images of your artwork/booth (printed photos or a CD with electronic images (jpeg files)) to the address on the form. Payment of your application and booth fees can be done by including a check with your application or by including your credit card information on the application form.
